Like the Psalmist said God is good, God’s love endures forever and the Lord is faithful from generation to generation. In this devotion we dive a bit more into those three descriptions of God. Psalm 100
The Jews in Ezra’s time had experienced God’s anger but most of all his love that endures forever. Through their disobedience, captivity, and coming back to the promise land they experienced God was with them and loved them no matter what. Even when God was angry for good reason it didn’t last but what did last through it all was His love for them. God is the same way with us. Even when we do things that he absolutely hates he still loves us and that last way past anything else he feels or thinks towards us.
I asked my California Mom to tell her testimony of how Jesus changed her whole life. From former Drug user and Partier to Jesus Freak! She is on fire for the Lord. In this video I asked her to give her story of how Jesus changed her life!
You have to know that no matter where you are, what you have done, or what has a hold on your life God can give you freedom!
This is the last and final video with my interns. I am certainly going to miss them for it has been such an amazing year. I asked each one of them to share the biggest thing they learned about God this year and asked them to tell you one thing they would encourage you about God.
You have to watch it. SOOOOO GOOD!! I love listening to their hearts about the Lord!
Love Your Neighbor is no joke and it is not easy. God calls us to a high standard of loving others as ourselves. But God wouldn’t ask us to do anything he doesn’t do. God loves everyone including those that hate him and want nothing to do with him and He expects the same thing out of us. Even when people treat us bad, hate us, or speak ill of us we are still supposed to love and respect them.
This video is all about Loving your neighbor: who your neighbor is and what that looks like.
If you try really really really hard can you earn God’s Love? What if you did everything on a To-Do-List for God, would you gain His love?
Earning God’s love . . . is it possible?
